InOurTime > August 2, 2008 Daily Photo. Day 150. 150 days of daily photos...I guess that is a milestone...not sure how long I can keep doing it. Deer on the dunes at Fire Island. He was mostly intently watching the volley ball game. It was a pretty overcast day until about 3:30pm.

InOurTime > September 13, 2009 Daily Photo. Blue skies, puffy clouds, and beach erosion. That's a five foot drop in the sand there. On another note, my D90 kit lens ( 18-105) stopped working today. It might have gotten a little bump in the case, and the lens won't open and close to focus, or it will after I try it several times and it feels gritty when opening. I tried another lens and that seems to work OK. Nikon says it would be covered under warranty unless there was an "impact" ( define "impact" ?). Anyway, there's a place in the city I can take it and see what they say. Hopefully, they will determine it's under warranty and fix or give me a new one. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? In the meantime, I can use the lenses that came with the D60.
