Hoboken : Hoboken is located directly across the Hudson river from Manhattan. It is known as the Mile Square City. It is also known as the birthplace of Baseball and also of Frank Sinatra, who was born and raised in Hoboken. It is situated between the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels and has direct access to Manhattan via the PATH trains, a subway independent of the NYC Subway. Greenwich Village is 6 minutes on the train and the WTC site stop in the Wall Street area is 10 minutes via a different route.
